We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSO Specialist to support a critical, ongoing implementation within a complex enterprise environment.

The role will focus on the Financial Services Operations (FSO) module within ServiceNow, supporting both implementation and ongoing operational needs. The internal ServiceNow team is still growing, and this contractor will play a key role in bridging gaps and accelerating delivery across multiple business units.

This is a hands-on role requiring deep ServiceNow expertise and the ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and implementation of the ServiceNow FSO application across multiple business units
  • Provide hands-on development and configuration within the ServiceNow FSO module
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and stabilize the current ServiceNow environment
  • Act as a subject matter expert for FSO-related processes and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets, bugs, and system improvements
  • Support both project-based work and ongoing operational activities
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • Assist in bridging gaps between business analysis and technical development
  • Support SLA management and service delivery processes within the FSO module
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery

Core Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow, specifically the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development and/or configuration
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows
  • Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and contribute with minimal onboarding time
  • Strong communication skills with professional English proficiency
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive projects
  • Advanced English

Nice to Have

  • Hybrid profile — Business Analyst + Developer mindset
  • Experience supporting both implementation and production environments
  • Exposure to SLA management and service delivery processes
  • Previous experience in nearshore or global delivery models
  • Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)

Project Context:

Large-scale FSO implementation already in progress (approx. 2 years). Multiple business units are being onboarded simultaneously. The internal ServiceNow team is still growing, requiring experienced external support.
