You will lead the complex IT integration of an company acquisition, ensuring the successful migration of critical business systems and infrastructure to client's standards,. Your role is crucial for enabling synergies, operational efficiencies, and required technical compliance across the expanded Brazilian Home Healthcare footprint.

Job description?

You will join the Digital Delivery Services (DDS) Home Healthcare structure located in Paris, focusing on accelerating client's transformation and expansion in the competitive Brazilian healthcare market. You will operate in a highly international environment, liaising constantly with DDS Americas leadership and Group IT Organization (GIO) resources in the Americas to execute technical standardization.

Missions related to the position?

You will lead the comprehensive IT migration plan, prioritizing the replacement of the acquired company's legacy ERP system. This is critical due to its poor financial reporting and data extraction difficulties, requiring a complete migration to and validation of the client's ERP (TOTVS) for business management before decommissioning the old system.

Key responsibilities include:

●      Infrastructure & Compliance: Overseeing the procurement and installation of new hardware (laptops, phones, network equipment) to ensure full Group IT Organization compliance.

●      Network Upgrade: Orchestrating the network infrastructure upgrade, including the coordinated deployment of SD-WAN devices and Cisco Access Points across all acquired sites.

●      Tool Transition: Managing the transition of key business tools and licenses, such as Salesforce and CTI, from the acquired company’s existing platforms to corporate solutions.

●      Standards Migration: Leading the migration of the entire acquired company’s IT infrastructure to client Group standards, focusing specifically on branches intended to be maintained.

●      Financial Controls: Collaborating with the financial team to validate the correct implementation of financial controls within the new ERP system.

●      Deployment Management: Managing the execution scope and deployment activities, engaging both internal GIO teams and external service providers, including the TOTVS team and CodeBox team.

Profile & Skills:

●      Education: University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Management.

●      Experience: Proven experience leading complex, large-scale Information Technology merger and acquisition integration projects. Demonstrated experience managing significant capital expenditure (CapEx) investments, particularly overseeing major hardware rollout projects. Prior experience operating effectively within complex matrix organizations, collaborating across business lines and regional Group IT functions.

●      Competencies: Strong technical background encompassing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, cloud environments, and wide area network (SD-WAN) architecture.

●      Mandatory: Fluency in English and Portuguese and reporting to a structure in Paris.

●      Expertise in change management and strong stakeholder management capabilities to balance technical requirements and business needs.

Location of this position: Remote from Brazil or Canada.
