Senior AI Engineer N8FOUM
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic Automation to design, build, and scale intelligent solutions powered by LLMs. This professional will play a key role in developing AI-driven applications across multiple use cases, including internal process automation, customer-facing assistants, and decision support systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude)
- Build and optimize agentic workflows, including multi-step reasoning and orchestration
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines integrating with vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS
- Create scalable APIs and services using Python (e.g., FastAPI or similar frameworks)
- Integrate AI solutions into business workflows using Power Automate and other automation tools
- Collaborate on evolving AI maturity from task automation to advanced reasoning systems
- Deploy and scale solutions in cloud environments, primarily Azure
- Work with data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake Cortex to enable AI-driven insights
- Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI systems
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience building LLM-based applications and AI agents (not just theoretical exposure)
- Solid experience with Azure OpenAI
- Advanced proficiency in Python and API development
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience designing autonomous workflows with tool/function calling
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Copilot Studio (highly preferred)
- Experience integrating AI into automation/RPA workflows
- Background working with Databricks and/or Snowflake Cortex
- Exposure to multi-agent systems and advanced orchestration patterns

- Senior, hands-on professional with strong engineering mindset
- Comfortable working across different AI use cases (automation, assistants, decision support)
- Able to operate in environments evolving from basic automation to advanced agentic systems
- Pragmatic and delivery-oriented, with ability to balance innovation and execution
